Premier Behavioral Health Services is a thriving clinic in Mentor OH with a mission of providing timely, accessible, evidence-based care to their community. The clinic has been helping patients for over 15 years, but, like many others, experienced server challenges recently: “We felt like we were in a really bad movie when we ran into server issues and needed help accessing our data”.

While PBHS’s IT support company Maritec Medical worked on the server, AutoRemind’s Technical Support team was contacted over a weekend to

help with providing access to basic appointment and patient information, so PBHS could remain operational while waiting for the server to become operational.
