Artificial Intelligence is here, and it is rapidly transforming the world around us! As a software developer in the 1980s and 90s I came across AI, or Neural Networks as we called it then, and saw bold visions from companies like Apple (see more here). Since then, the technology has advanced far beyond what many of us imagined. The view of how AI will contribute to healthcare is still developing, but who better to ask than AI itself to weigh in on its potential.

We have a “common sense” approach to AI and build it in where it makes sense. For example:

We found out that some users have problems writing messages or newsletters - call it a writers’ block or just lack of time. AI assistant is now built into all our messaging design tools. It can help you to write your texts or just check for spelling errors.

• Phone Calls
We move all our calls to an AI voice platform, so all calls we make are now AI voice generated - the technology has become so good that one can’t tell the difference between AI and a human.

• Messaging insights
If you send message blasts and ask your recipients to check out a website or a landing page, we can give you a view of what your recipients do on that page . We can record their movements and behaviors using AI analytics: where they spend time, what they click on, etc.
