11. The office closes at 6pm Monday through Friday - Pets must be picked up by 5pm and dropped off by 4pm. The office closes at 2pm on Saturday. We request that pets are picked up by 1pm and dropped off by 12pm on Saturdays. Please note - picking up after closing will result in a $30.00 late charge PER PET.

-WE DO NOT board pregnant animals.
- Pets with fleas will be treated at the owners expense.
- Please notify us if you will be picking your pet up early.
- Sunday evening pick ups are available for boarding pets except on holidays. Pick up times must be pre-arranged and paid for at time of drop off
- Scheduled pick-up times will be held between 5:15-6:15pm on Sundays. Early or late pick up times cannot be accomodated
- We request that all boarding pets are dropped off 2 hours prior to closing
- No full baths will be given on Sundays - complimentary quick baths only.
- Updates during your pets stay are available upon request, however, we are unable to provide daily updates. We are no longer able to provide pictures with updates.

BOARDING PETS MUST BE PICKED UP AFTER 11 AM. If this is inconvenient, you may pick up earlier if you give us plenty ofprior notice.
