9. We cannot be responsible for items left with your pet, such as dog beds, toys, etc. Personal items must be labeled

10 Pets picked up after 3pm during the week or on Sundays will result in a half day boarding charge

11. The office closes at 6pm Monday through Friday - Pets must be picked up by 5pm and dropped off by 4pm. The office closes at 2pm on Saturday. We request that pets are picked up by 1pm and dropped off by 12pm on Saturdays. Please note - picking up after closing will result in a $30.00 late charge PER PET.

12. I understand that while my pet is fully vaccinated, there is a small risk that my dog may contract a contagious disease/illness. I agree that should this occur, I am responsible for any cost incurred.

13. Annual Exams, Distemper, Rabies, Influenza, Bordetella and Fecal tests are required for boarding, day camp or grooming services. Staff will discuss this with you in detail at time of drop off

PLEASE NOTE:-WE DO NOT PROVIDE 24 HOUR SUPERVISION *Daily Veterinary examinations are not provided unless requested by the owner or if your pet becomes ill and we are unable to reach you*

- WE DO NOT board pregnant animals.
- Pets with fleas will be treated at the owners expense.
- Please notify us if you will be picking your pet up early.
- Sunday evening pick ups are available for boarding pets except on holidays. Pick up times must be pre-arranged and paid for at time of drop off
- Scheduled pick-up times will be held between 5:15-6:15pm on Sundays. Early or late pick up times cannot be accommodated.
- We request that all boarding pets are dropped off 2 hours prior to closing
- No full baths will be given on Sundays - complimentary quick baths only.
- Updates during your pets stay are available upon request, however, we are unable to provide daily updates. We are no longer able to provide pictures with updates.

BOARDING PETS MUST BE PICKED UP AFTER 12pm. If this is inconvenient, you may pick up earlier if you give us plenty of prior notice.
