We have a 15 minute grace period after your scheduled appointment. After that you will be asked to reschedule.
If you have private insurance or are self-pay, you will be charged a $100 no-show fee. Please inform us of your cancellation 24 hours in advance to avoid this fee.

After 2 no-shows, patient and siblings will be dismissed from the clinic and will receive a certified letter.
